Stephanie J. Edwards


Stephanie J. Edwards is an attorney with Howard Mobley Hayes & Gontarek, PLLC and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, related business and tax matters, estate administration, business succession planning, and advising fiduciaries with respect to trust and administration issues.

Prior to joining Howard Mobley Hayes & Gontarek, PLLC, Stephanie served as Senior Vice President and as Trust Team Leader for the State of Tennessee for Bank of America, N.A.  Stephanie’s previous experience also includes being a partner in the tax group of the law firm of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, PLLC.

Stephanie has represented a wide range of clients during her years of practice. From basic wills to tax-sensitive trust documents, she enjoys meeting with individuals and families to plan their estates.

Stephanie is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® (2009 – 2014 editions) for her work in the area of trusts and estates law.
